You can't take all that stuff with ya, so may as well convert all those packaged toys into something useful...like CASH.

And once I have display shelves with dioramas and open figures, I'll feel much better about displaying my collection as opposed to the "Here's my room full of cardboard boxes" that it's turned into.

When they were wallpapering the walls of my Toy room with a stack of boxes along one wall, I still felt like a collector.

When the room became filled and I had a 16" x 16" space to stand in the middle of and move boxes around to peek inside... then I felt like a warehouse manager who didn't even know what was in the boxes. (End of Raiders of the Lost Arc anyone? [img]wink.gif[/img] )

If you can't display your collection (open or MOC)you're not a collector in my opinion.

Disclaimer: I know there are people here who don't have room for displaying their collection but buy stuff anyway with the full intent of eventually displaying them all. [img]wink.gif[/img]

These are just the MOC things.

I've got over 250 open figures (incl customs). Once I have room in my toy room, I'll put a light over the glass trophy case I have and make some dioramas to fill the Jor-like shelves I have that are currently just crammed full of open figures.

I might move some of my guitars and guitar amp in there but then they'd probably fall over ever time I crank my amps up. [img]wink.gif[/img]
